I agree that perhaps Suzi can be dark but criticism has always been her strong suit. I know perhaps you could get counciling first.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3682056367419528844.post-82748574487901848842010-09-13T04:54:55.190-05:002010-09-13T04:54:55.190-05:00Perhaps Obama dare to be a sage!Perhaps Obama dare to be a sage!Ralph Chapoteaunoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3682056367419528844.post-24136932821566021642010-09-02T09:15:13.405-05:002010-09-02T09:15:13.405-05:00May I suggest that you take a few minutes to read ...May I suggest that you take a few minutes to read Paul Rahe's article Restoring Constitutional Government? Perhaps from the comforting environs of your front porch, and beneath the protective prospect of your lovely mountain.

While I expect you may want to have some computer friendly anti-bacterial wipes at the ready, and realizing that your computer may resist visiting a "conservative" site, I think you would appreciate the educational value of his thoughts. Insights actually, that are supremely imperative to your political awakening.

If nothing else, it would be a welcome interlude away from the "fingernails on the chalk board" cawing of the Huffington Post.

The artlcle is here:
http://biggovernment.com/prahe/2010/09/02/restoring-constitutional-government/Will Robertsonnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3682056367419528844.post-120655265978565252010-09-01T22:59:36.708-05:002010-09-01T22:59:36.708-05:00Jimmy Carter was blind to the joys of the future, ...Jimmy Carter was blind to the joys of the future, too, Suzi. Since he couldn't figure out how to fix things (and he was so very much smarter than the regular folk), he could not imagine an achievable future better than his yesterdays and his present. He recommended we all accept the lower standards brought about by his arrogant policies as "the new norm."

President "peanut" was wrong then, and it's wrong now to accept that the attainability of a greater future in America is a dream newly deceased.

If you can't soon write a joyful blog entry, please see a shrink and get the help you have been so clearly seeking recently.

[And all you "friends" of Suzi: abandon you negativity and stop thanking Suzi for voicing your own self indulgent "malaise." Encourage her to think positively.]

Do not give your mind over to an absence of hope. It is indeed a gateway to the dark side.

Suzi, please, seek someone whose trust in the greatness of America is not fouled by the failures of the Huffingtons and Carters and Obamas of the world.

There are many wonderful people out there to know. Glenn Beck's Lincoln Memorial crowd was filled with them.

Suzi, you too can experience the uplifting reality of the indefatigable "can do" American spirit of self and community.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
